D2W Mayhem 5/5/17 Results
Quick Results from D2W #Mayhem 5/5/17 #CincoDeMayhem
-Dylan Dean came to the ring and told the Jersey Devil that he was not there to support him. Instead he was there to support the most successful tag team in wrestling One Mean Team. Dean blamed Devil's selfishness over 20 years of friendship for his decision.
-Steve Gibki defeated Steve Off with a vicious head kick. After the match Relentless Aaron Bradley joined Steve Off in attacking Gibki until Tony Vincita saved his partner.
-Red Hot Russ got The Jersey Jewel Steve Sterling to tapout via the ankle lock.
-In a triple threat match for the International Championship Matty Ice defeated Bright Lights Jarrett Foster and Hoost Traplash. Ice scored the pinfall on Foster after the Polar Vortex.
-Relentless Aaron Bradley defeated Tony Vincita. Steve Off came to the ring but was intercepted by the referee. Steve Gibki tried to help Vincita by superkicking Bradley during the intermission, but Bradley ducked and Gibki knocked out Vincita by accident.
-Patrick Richard Ream was named the special ring annonucer for the Main Event after a generous donation to the D2W Foundation Fund from PRR Inc. in an obvious effort to stack the deck against Devil and Chandler. Dylan Dean came out and said that the match would no longer be a Street Fight and instead had been changed to traditional tag team match. We are still investigating under whose authority this decision was made. During the match referee Adam Gault was knocked unconscious. One Mean Team brought a chair into the ring and set up the Jersey Devil to be struck. Dean begged to be the man to deliver the final blow and Johnson gave him the chair. But as Johnson turned his back Dean struck him instead. It was all an elaborate set up by The Jersey Devil and his longtime partner. One Spear and a Stunner later, The Jersey Devil and Adam Chandler The Great were named new Tag Team Champions
Tonight D2W heads to Union for #BitterRivals at the Union Elks Lodge.
